We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded due to the lack of materials and services available to blind, visually impaired or multi-impaired children, their parents and the professionals who work with them. Please feel free to check us out!  Our Mission Statement The Mission of Blind Children’s Fund is to encourage the development, education and welfare of children with visual and/or multiple impairments. We seek to increase global awareness regarding the need for early and continuing intervention services, and to provide children, parents and professionals with information and resources for promoting the independence and dignity of children with disabilities.
